Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2026.
These Terms govern use of paintedesertroofing.com and your interaction with Painted Desert Roofing ("we"). By using the website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Marketing service, not a contractor
Painted Desert Roofing is a marketing and lead-routing service. We do not perform roofing work directly. All work is performed by independently licensed and insured Arizona ROC contractors who are part of our partner network. Verify any contractor's license at roc.az.gov.
2. Estimates are non-binding
Pricing ranges, estimates, or guidance discussed by phone, on this website, or in preliminary written form are non-binding. A binding agreement for roofing work exists only when you sign a written contract with the licensed contractor performing the work.
3. Contractor licensing and verification
We require all partner contractors to maintain active AZ ROC R-42 or CR-42 licensing, current general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for any contractor's failure to maintain these credentials between verifications. We strongly recommend independently verifying contractor licensing before authorizing any work.
4. No warranty
The website and any information provided through it are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. Painted Desert Roofing makes no warranty regarding the quality, timeliness, workmanship, or completion of services provided by partner contractors. Workmanship warranties, when offered, are between you and the contractor performing the work.
5. Limitation of liability
Painted Desert Roofing's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our marketing service is limited to $100. Painted Desert Roofing is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including any damages arising from the work or non-performance of any partner contractor.
6. No insurance billing or claims handling
Painted Desert Roofing does not bill insurance carriers directly and does not act as a public adjuster. Acting on a homeowner's behalf in negotiations with an insurance carrier may constitute public adjusting, which is a separately licensed activity in Arizona. We provide damage documentation and estimates in formats useful for insurance claims; you handle your carrier relationship directly.
7. ARS 44-1522 consumer protection compliance
Painted Desert Roofing commits to non-deceptive marketing practices. Pricing ranges and timing estimates on this site are good-faith representations based on typical AZ market conditions. Actual cost and timing for your specific project will be confirmed by the licensed contractor performing the work.
8. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any right to class arbitration. Either party may bring small-claims court actions within that court's jurisdiction.
9. Governing law
Arizona law applies, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes posted with an updated effective date.
